From a practical point of view, marriage coaching could be your best bet for reviving your marriage. I keep hearing that "coaches don't teach." Instead they "ask questions" and "listen for patterns." That doesn't sound like "coaching" to me. It sounds like counseling.
Most counselors assume you already know the answers and just need to talk and/or complain and lose long enough that you start to figure it out on your own.

That would be counterproductive.

And although I love teaching the girl how to get what she wants.
Which isn't nearly as difficult as he's been led to believe,
I am neither a sexist nor a feminist.
I am a pragmatist who recognizes and honors
the fact that men and women are different by design.

The Couple Assessment
After more than 20 years as a Couple's Psychologist, I still use Prepare/Enrich Assessment, which has been validated with data collected from couples from a wide range of cultures for more than 40 years.
At this point, I have been using this Assessment for more than 20 years. In addition, I have had the privilege to teach mental health professionals, pastors, and marriage mentors how to use Prepare/Enrich in their work with couples.
The Individual Assessment
This is another tool I've been using for many years. It is also completed online before your personal Feedback Session.
Simple, Relevant, Research-Based

No, you will not be assigned to an assistant! Instead, you and your mate will meet me personally (a.k.a., Dr. Debi herself) on Zoom for a private discussion of your Assessment Results. I'll go over your Results, what the data mean, and ways you can embrace the Possibilities.
